📚Whatever is spoken about virtue, #wealth, pleasure, and #salvation (in Mahabharata) may be seen elsewhere (in the world); but whatever is not contained in this (Mahabharata) is not to be found anywhere (in the world).

📚राजा जनमेजय ने ऋषि #वेदव्यास से उन्हें अपने पूर्वजों का इतिहास बताने का अनुरोध किया था। फिर ऋषि वेदव्यास ने अपने शिष्य, ऋषि वैशम्पायन को ऐसा करने का निर्देश दिया। यह श्लोक उन कई श्लोकों में से एक है जहां ऋषि वैशम्पायन राजा जनमेजय को महान महाभारत के महत्व के बारे में बताते हैं। श्लोक का अर्थ है:
