1) #Vedvyasa executed the compilation of the #Bharata, originally in twenty-four thousand (24,000) verses; and only this is called by the learned as the Bharata.
2) Afterwards, he composed an epitome in one hundred and fifty (150) verses, consisting of introduction + chapter of contents. He first taught to his son Suka; and afterwards to his disciples.
3) After that he executed another compilation, consisting of sixty hundred thousand (60,00,000) verses. Of those:
a) Thirty hundred thousand (30,00,000) are known in the world of the Devas.
b) Fifteen hundred thousand (15,00, 000) in the world of the Pitris.
c) Fourteen hundred thousand (14,00,000) among the Gandharvas.
d) One hundred thousand (100,000) in the regions of mankind.

3) उसके बाद उन्होंने एक और संकलन किया, जिसमें साठ लाख (60,00,000) श्लोकों का समावेश था।
जिनमे से-
क) देवताओं की दुनिया में तीस लाख (30,00,000) जाने जाते हैं।
ख) पितरों की दुनिया में पंद्रह लाख (15,00,000)।
ग) गंधर्वों के बीच चौदह सौ हजार (14,00,000)।
घ) मानव जाति के क्षेत्रों में एक लाख (100,000)।
